Donna Gordon
Though she has a Psychology degree, Donna has always had artistic abilities so she decided to follow her passions by lamp-working glass in her basement. Lamp-working is a technique of forming glass pieces with a torch. Seeing success with her designs and colors, she then designed and built a glassblowing studio in 2001, where she continues to develop new techniques and designs. Gordon takes pride in her vibrant colors and tangible forms. She emphasizes the beauty of thick, clear glass in her popular heart designs that feature an array of colors in her skillful manipulation of molten glass. Each pieces is a handmade, one-of-a-kind creation and represents years of dedication to honing skills and techniques to produce spectacular glass works.
